Full name, address and registration details of the entity responsible for the data, plus information on the data protection officer if one is appointed.
Scope of data collected
What reaches us from contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, quotation requests and server logs.
Purposes of processing
Listed separately for sales enquiries, order fulfilment, newsletter delivery and traffic statistics.
Legal bases
A legal basis assigned to every purpose. The wording comes from the legal team.
Data recipients
Categories of entities the data is entrusted to, such as hosting, email and analytics providers. The list follows a review of the processing agreements.
Retention periods
How long each category of data is kept and what triggers its deletion.
Rights of the data subject
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the EEA
Whether data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, and on what terms.
