Accessibility statement
This document is being prepared. The binding statement is published once the accessibility audit is finished, before the site launches.
This is the frame of an accessibility statement, not its binding version. There is no audit result or conformance declaration here yet, because both follow testing of the site and approval by the tiguar legal team.
We build the site with a visible focus outline, keyboard operation, alternative text on images and contrast checked at design stage. That describes how we work, not a confirmed test result.
What the finished statement will cover
Standard
The version of the WCAG guidelines and the conformance level the site is tested against.
Conformance status
The audit result split into conformant, partially conformant and non-conformant items, with reasons.
Dates
When the statement was drawn up, last reviewed and when the site was tested.
Reporting problems
The email address and phone number for reporting a lack of accessibility, and the deadline for our answer.
Appeal procedure
What to do if a report is not handled, including the authority a complaint goes to.
Physical accessibility
Information about the premises and how to reach them, to the extent the statement is meant to cover it.
If you hit an element that cannot be operated with a keyboard, a screen reader or with the page zoomed in, write to us. Give the address of the page and a description of the problem.
We collect reports already now, before the statement is published, because each one shortens the list of fixes due before launch.
Report an accessibility problem
Give the address of the page plus the device and software you use. That is enough for us to reproduce the problem and come back to you.
